I am thrilled to be a part of the Spectrum Family.  I believe education is a never-ending process that molds character, develops self-esteem, and prepares individuals for life experiences. I have been in education for over 15 years. I originally graduated from Brigham

Young University with my Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. As a social worker, I enjoyed working with at-risks students needing alternative pathways to earn their GED.  I later found myself working in an Early Intervention program, where I fell in love with working with children with special needs.  I then returned to school to earn my teaching certificate in Special Education from Utah State.  Since that time, I have worked with and taught students from early intervention through college.   I received my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from  Western Governors University. When I’m not working, I enjoy baking, the outdoors, and traveling with my husband and three teenagers.
