CULINARY: working on international foods. Thanks to our WONDERFUL MR. KONA, he has taught the students new and exotic cultural food creations. The students also are working on becoming Masters on breads,  main dishes and learning catering skills.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP: The students are working on the outdoor chair products, PVC dog beds and PVC Children's furniture increasing construction skills and learning to work with power tools and create new ideas.

JOB SKILLS: The students are working so hard and learning valuable job skills. They sell treats at the NSL campus basketball games. All our students have their food handlers permits. 

​

The students are also learning how to pour ceramic molds, clean and fire so by next year we can have a public ceramic shop!
