Dear Parents/Guardians,
Some very sweet parents reached out to let me know that if we terminated outside providers prior to the end of the school year, their summer services would be jeopardized. We did not know that when the final date for providers was chosen, and we do not want your services to be interrupted going into the summer months! Therefore, we will allow providers to continue with services through the last day of school. I am so sorry for any anxiety this may have caused you! Additionally, we will create a committee of parents and staff to discuss possible options for in-school services in the future.
Thank you to those who respectfully reached out to learn more about our decision and help us understand possible additional implications. We appreciate our parents so much!
