Important Club Information
If a parent does not pick their child up by the time the club is scheduled to end, students must go to Panther Club.
Students must be able to stay for the duration of the scheduled club time.
Other clubs and sports may be added throughout the year.
The CREATE acronym stands for Career Readiness, Educational Advancement, Training and Employment. At the CREATE Campus, students will explore their career interests and gain knowledge and skills in career pathways. By offering bridging supports to students as they learn and grow in not only job skills, but also social and soft skills, Spectrum Academy's CREATE Campus will help students become well positioned for successful acquisition and retention of fulfilling careers.
Resources for Parents
Spectrum Academy is not only a place for students to learn, but for their guardians as well. Each month an evening class is scheduled and will include resources from our community and school staff.
You will receive PEN announcements via email.
Parents of Spectrum Academy Students are asked to volunteer 40 hours of their time each school year, and an additional 10 hours for each additional student. There are many opportunities to fulfill this requirement and monetary donations can be given in lieu of hours ($10 =1 hour).
Donate items to your student's classrooms. The valuation of items are counted the same as a monetary donaton, $10 = 1 hour.
Volunteer on our Fundraising Committee and help with the Gala, Turkey Trot and other events throughout the year.
Attend a Parent Empowerment Night (PEN). Learn something new and count those hours too!
Serve on the Parent Action Committee (PAC) and help with events like Teacher Appreciation, Red Ribbon Week, Book Fairs, etc.
