A Community of Learners

Spectrum Academy seeks to employ teachers and other staff members who will maximize the school's three prong charter: sensory integration, daily social skills development, and instruction on core learning standards. As we strive to provide an individualized learning experience for every student, we look to hire highly qualified educators with experience in special education and working with students with autism. We operate kindergarten through post-graduation offering quality instruction and opportunities in academics, vocation, social skills, and more. Our instructional model allows for small class ratios, related services, and life skills instruction.
